Direct access to lake activities such as swimming, kayaking, and boating Close proximity to mountain bike trails and outdoor recreation Approximately 25 minutes’ drive to central Rotorua, including attractions, dining, events, and shopping Many guests enjoy being slightly removed from town while still having Rotorua easily accessible when needed. Important information – please read before booking This property is a family-used bach, not a purpose-built holiday rental. Due to occasional gaps between stays, there may sometimes be light dust or insects typical of a lake-side environment. This property is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. We take care to prepare the bach prior to each stay and appreciate guests who value and respect its character.
