The Cheeky Tui holiday home is great for families. Tucked away in a sheltered, peaceful & year round sunny spot this fully self-contained 3 brm house, (sleeps up to 8 people), is located right next to a large reserve & playground at the far end of Spencer Road. Set in a relaxed garden setting & close to a boat ramp, a great swimming beach and excellent fishing locations. Two bedrooms have a king bed each which can also be split into two single beds, the 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunks (sleeping 4) Dog friendly – with a large grassy, fully fenced section. The house has a Kent fire & heat pump for winter so is lovely & warm year-round. The Fidgety Fantail holiday home, (also owned by us) is at the bottom of the driveway making it the perfect spot for 2 families or friends to rent one each. With room for a boat and lots of space for children to run around and play. A covered outdoor eating area with great indoor, outdoor flow. It's fully fenced & has many extras; trampoline, kayaks (stored down at Cliff Rd, life jackets provided), rustic Bikes, TV, DVDs, lego, board games & books. A portacot is also available. This is a fantastic area for native birds with safe swimming spots, excellent fishing locations and lovely walks. It’s a great base to see the Rotorua sights as well as using the lake for fishing, water skiing and boating. With easy access to the world class mountain bike trails at the Redwood Forrest. There are no shops in this area, so you will need to bring all your own food. Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided but guests are requested to bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
