A fully self-contained log cabin style house in a relaxed garden setting next to a reserve which has a playground. There are 2 bedrooms inside . Bedroom 1 has a king bed than can also be 2 singles. The master bedroom has a super king bed that can also be split into 2 singles Outside there are 2 cosy sleepouts close to the house. One sleepout has a King bed and the other sleepout has two sets of bunks with a double bed below and a single up top and two single bunk beds. In addition to the main bathroom in the house, there's a cute semi outside bathroom between the sleepouts where you can shower "outdoors"! The house is surrounded by mature trees, grape vines and feijoa. The house has year-round sun plus there is a Heat pump for winter. The "Cheeky Tui" holiday home at the top of the driveway is also owned by us, making it ideal for 2 families and friends to rent one each. 800 Metres to the nearest boat ramp, a great swimming beach and excellent fishing locations. With room for a boat and lots of space for children to run around and play. Dog friendly with large flat grassy section. It's has many extras; trampoline, kayaks for all ages (stored down at Otumutu Lagoon, life jackets provided), TV, DVDs, board games & books. A portacot and highchair are also available. This is a fantastic area for native birds with safe swimming spots, excellent fishing locations and lovely walks. It’s a great base to see the Rotorua sights as well as using the lake for fishing, water skiing and boating. With easy access to the world class mountain bike trails at the Redwood Forrest. There are no shops in this area, so you will need to bring all your own food. Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided but guests are requested to bring their own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
