Large house on the water's edge. 5 bedrooms each with its own new modern bathroom with Rain Shower heads and heated tile floors. Plus 1 separate communal area toilet. Large new outdoor decking with tables and seating for large group. 10 seater teak dining table, flat sunny lawn to private jetty & sandy beach at bottom of garden. Sky,WiFi. Easy road access and parking. 100m to Kariri Pt boat ramp. 500m to children's playground. Rotorua end of Spencer Rd. Suitable for large or small groups. Sheets, pillow slips and towels are not supplied.

Private, sunny, flat section at the start of the settlement in Boatshed Bay. House faces the lake with water view. Private jetty and swimming at sandy beach at bottom of the garden. Easy access from road with parking. 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, large living spaces. Sky. All bedrooms have a full sized new bathroom Large Loft Bedroom has queen bed. Large Master Bedroom has queen bed and private deck. Double bedroom has Queen bed & double bunk. Studio Bedroom has Queen bed. Family bedroom has a queen & 2 single beds.

Next to boatramp, 500m to kiddies playground at Stoney Point, close to Landing Cafe, water taxi avail for excursions to Hot Water Beach or walk to The Tarawera Falls (described as one of NZ's best short walks), abundant wild bird life, private garden to sandy beach at the bottom of the garden. Thank you so much. You have a lovely house in a lovely spot. We had a great weekend and the house worked out perfectly. Everything was great. Had good weather caught heaps of fish and had a great time. Good food, good wine and good company!! This house is great for larger groups. Plenty of room. Good to have wifi (as there is no cell phone reception) and sky!! Highly recomend this house. Cheers

We have just booked for a repeat stay at this amazing house. We stayed with a group over Labour Weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The place is perfect for groups, especially couples as the house offers plenty of room to have your own space but also great communal areas. The private jetty is a short walk from the house and offers a stunning view of the lake. We were walking distance to the markets and a short drive to a cafe up the road. Very clean, warm and plenty of space to park multiple cars and a boat. Hosts are fantastic to deal with. Couldn’t ask for more!
