Large house on the water's edge. 5 bedrooms each with its own new modern bathroom with Rain Shower heads and heated tile floors. Plus 1 separate communal area toilet. Large new outdoor decking with tables and seating for large group. 10 seater teak dining table, flat sunny lawn to private jetty & sandy beach at bottom of garden. Sky,WiFi. Easy road access and parking. 100m to Kariri Pt boat ramp. 500m to children's playground. Rotorua end of Spencer Rd. Suitable for large or small groups. Wonderful house, Sandy and Graeme allowed us to have 20 family guests, they were very accommodating and very flexible with check in and check out times! House was stunning, the views were amazing! We will definitely be booking again

Wonderful house for our family of 6 adults and 3 children for a celebratory long weekend. Very well presented, clean, well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. would not hesitate to hire again.

We have just stayed at this beautiful home celebrating a family milestone comprising of six adults and five children ranging from 15 to 5. The home worked perfectly. Teenage children stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs and adults upstairs. Beautifully appointed kitchen, family room, lounge and dinning area. Decks all around the house. Having a jetty for the boat was the icing on the cake. Spent two days on the lake, skiing and, donutting and of course a dip in the Hot pools. Lovely people to deal with from the start and I couldn't recommend this property any higher. Hopefully we will return in the near future.
