Lake edge is so close you can sit on the deck and watch the kids in the water. Safe swimming and big lawn. Newly renovated, spacious living area, two bathrooms. Three bedroom plus bunkroom. Full kitchen and appliances. Two fridges and BBQ. Two Storey has upstairs bedrooms with great views. Large deep water jetty and mooring buoy. Fish for trout off jetties in the bay. Beachfront space for toys. Plenty of easy access and flat parking for boats and trailers.

We have stayed at 225 spencer road for a lot of years now and love it there. Being on the water front we can leave the boat tied up to the jetty for all of our stay there. Rhys the owner or the house has always looked after us. And the house is in great condition and well looked after. We will be back.
