About this Holiday House

Set on 1600m2 property a mere 80 metres to waters edge, 3 bedroom home and sleepout.8 metre by 3 metre covered patio to BBQ and eat under. Private back lawn with shady trees and plum trees. Tuis and wood pigeons galore complete the peaceful setting. Master bedroom king size bed and ensuite. Top/bedroom lounge one double and one single bunk. Small bedroom two single bunks. Small bedroom queen bed. Small bedroom double bed. Sleepout - queen size bed. Large kitchen dining, one bathroom, two toilets. $200 per night over Xmas new year period, minimum 7 nights. Max guests 10 people. 80 metres to boat launching ramp and swimming beach. Located in the lagoon opposite Solitaire Lodge in Bayview Road,at end on Spencer Road.
