Newly renovated bach offering a wonderful escape for families, couples and friends. 2 minute walk to the beach, reserve with playground and river estuary, relax in the sounds of nature for a sensory stay. Only 1.5 hours from Christchurch - Kereru Holiday Home sleeps 7 across 2 bedrooms with additional sleepout with a queen bed is also available for $80/night on request. There is a built in weber BBQ for entertaining on the deck with outside seating on deck. A large inside dining table, comfy couches and full kitchen. The bedrooms consist of a master with queen bed and a custom built joinery in the second bedroom with three bunk beds and a queen bed. The bathroom is brand new with rain shower and double sinks. There is a wood burner for cooler nights. Outside the house overlooks native bush and there is plenty of lawn space for outdoor games and fire pit (fire burn rules permitting). The house doesn't have a TV, it has plenty of board games for holiday fun and a tech-free escape by the beach!
