Genuine colonial cottage in quiet bayside community yet only 20 minutes over the hill from Christchurch and an equal distance to the vibrant port town of Lyttelton and the famous Saturday Farmers Market.
The cottage has all the old world charm that could be expected but is delightfully comfortable and well appointed.
Three bedrooms, one with a King sized bed, a twin room and a cute little studio at the rear with a 3/4 bed and French doors opening to the patio.Please note the only bathroom in the cottage is immediately adjacent to the back room.
Seating around the cottage garden allows guest to enjoy the dawn chorus and the birdsong when the sun goes down.
Beds are made up on arrival and basic pantry items are provided. Help yourself to garden produce in season.
Walk to The Governors Bay Hotel or She Chocolatier and Cafe.
A short walk down to Sandy Bay. We have a key for the Governors Bay Community Pool which is available for guests.
