Two of the upstairs bedrooms open onto balconies & have ensuite bathrooms The downstairs area can be closed off and is self contained with two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a kitchenette The property has a total of four bathrooms. The house is well equipped with unlimited high speed internet, a smart TV with Netflix, Spotify etc. The large kitchen is suitable for catering for crowds with a coffee machine, double oven & modern appliances. The property is north facing and gets all day sun. Two heat pumps and a wood burner keeps the whole property warm in the cooler months. The front deck offers panoramic views of Akaroa Harbour while the sheltered rear deck is equipped with a large BBQ.
