The upstairs floor has has 2 double bedrooms and bunk beds. It has views from the balcony and living areas over Purau Bay and Ripapa Island and out to the Lyttelton heads

Absolutely amazing views. Nice decor. Off street parking and handy location. Heaps of room for at least 8 adults. We had a lovely break however inside the house was very dirty. Unclean bathrooms and toilets. Filthy oven, microwave and BBQ. Cupboards and most contents dirty. Needs maintenance to repair broken cupboards and door handles etc.The Owner has been made aware of all the issues
and says they will fix them. If they do it would make this a perfect place to stay and I would give it 4 or 5 stars.

Our recent family birthday celebration was enhanced by this fantastic holiday home. The whole setup could not have been bettered for the occasion. The living spaces & outdoor decking provided spectacular views of Purau Bay & the Lyttelton Heads.
