About this Holiday House

Walk to the waterfront and the local cafes, this apartment is based right in the township of Akaroa. Split level 3 bedroom apartment across 3 levels gives fabulous views from the upper bedroom. Relax in style in this spacious living /dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The top level has 2 bedrooms, the largest has a Queen bed and second has the double and single bed plus bathroom upstairs. The middle level has the main living and kitchen area with a gorgeous wee balcony and portable gas BBQ. Downstairs is the third bedroom that has another Queen bed with doors that open to a second outdoor area. There is a shared large outdoor dining area and clothesline, this area is shared with other guests in the apartment building. Ample parking for your jet ski plus your car side by side in the double parking behind the apartment complex. On street parking is also available close to the property. We have breakfast hampers and local produce hampers available to be ordered on request, please let us know if you are interested. Please note; these may not be available for last minute bookings. There are security cameras on the front and back entry, these are not inside the premises.

All of our houses offer 24 Hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3PM and check-out is before 10AM. The houses are fitted with either secure lock boxes containing the keys or coded door access, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information prior to your stay.
We can provide a port-a-cot, highchair and baby bath if required at extra cost, please send us a message when you book and we will ensure they are ready at the house for your arrival.
We require photo ID and your credit card details and will charge a pre-authorisation of $350 the day before your arrival which puts a pending hold on those funds and this will automatically drop off after 7 days. If there are extra charges for damage or extra costs you will be notified of these via email and be sent an invoice.

Once your booking is confirmed please email photo ID, you will also be asked to provide your Credit card details which will have a pre-authorization of $500
