*****Much admired family bach now available to the public**** Cute and cosy, 1940s weatherboard bungalow situated just meters from the waters edge. Recently renovated kitchen and tidy throughout but still maintaining a real 'kiwi bach' feel. It offers an open plan kitchen and living, lots of outdoor space, two bedrooms and a sunroom. Akaroa Golf Course close is enough to walk to for a round of golf (or a 2 minute drive). 2 minute walk to pub/restaurant, 10 minute walk to cafe/store, or a 10 min drive over the hills to Akaroa for everything you need. This is a family holiday home and has been loved for many generations. Our holiday home offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located on the picturesque Banks Peninsula, Duvuachelle boasts stunning landscapes that will leave you awe-inspired. Special Amenities

The sunroom has a king single (set up as a daybed), with trundler underneath which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. 'Shub'(shower over tub) in the bathroom, which is great for kids. BBQ on the back porch and a few comfy old chairs to sit in while you're cooking. Some old fruit trees may even provide some treats while you're visiting! (Please note some images may show old furniture - the layout of the rooms remains the same, but we continue to upgrade items; and as such images of sofas etc may be different to those in place)

Ocean front, walking distance to Duvauchelle wharf, and Onawe. Quick drive to Akaroa, Barry's Bay Cheese Factory, French Farm etc. Close to boat ramp (other side of the bay).
