About this Holiday House

Open plan living with modern furnishings, two heat pumps making the house warm in winter, cool in summer. Wide views of Castlepoint Bay yet close to beach. There is a lift from ground level to main living area. Four decks surround house providing shelter for any condition. Lower level includes comfortable self-contained flat, ensuite bathroom and patio. Upper floor has two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Mezzanine floor has spectacular views and includes office/ bedroom. Castlepoint has a store and there is good dining and entertainment at the Whakataki hotel. There are many good walks, good boat and reef fishing, rock pools and caves. A nine hole golf course is a short drive away. We are sure that you and your friends will enjoy the quality of this house and the beauty of Castlepoint.

A very impressive place! The house is very spacious with lots of decks and independent spaces for people to relax. It is very well equipped with everything you might need. We had a great time, would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed great communication with the owners The house was easy to find, it was large and comfortable and we really appreciated the garage parking and the lift was a bonus, it made getting everything upstairs simple and effortless. Keyless entry was perfect for our group. The view is spectacular I would definitely stay again Thank you

This property is just as lovely as the photos. We really enjoyed our time at the "Mustering Hut". There was plenty of room for everyone, and even though it was cold outside at night, we were lovely and warm inside. There are several small decks and, as we were lucky enough to get a glorious day on the Saturday, we enjoyed sitting in the sun.
