About this Holiday House

Castlepoint Beach offers long stretches of beach with sandhills to climb for all ages. Swimming, fishing and surfing are one of the main attractions. The castlepoint lighthouse offers spectacular views - a 10 min walk and many other tracks. A 9 Hole golf course. Local shop and cafe. Our house has recently been renovated with new kitchen, lovely big sliding doors looking out to the lighthouse. Open plan living with very serene surroundings. New bathroom. A DEFINITE VISIT IS THE TINUI BAR AND CAFE FOR A COFFEE, LUNCH OR DINNER AT NIGHT. RECOMMEND A WARM AND INVITING EXPERIENCE WITH DEVINE FOOD.

A great home in the perfect location - very private with an easy walk down to the water and great views of the lighthouse.

As well as beautiful still weather, our weekend at Jetty Road was amazing. As others have stated, the views are stunning. You don't really appreciate it until you're standing on the deck looking out over the ocean. The house was roomy, with plenty of lounge and dining seating, perfect for our crew of 8. We can't really fault the place, it was above our expectations. Maybe wifi would have been nice but also great to disconnect for a few days. Thank you!

Amazing location. Nice sized house. Could have been cleaned better, even for a beach bach. (quite dusty, dirty laundry left from previous guests, fair bit of clutter) We've mentioned this to the owner, and they said they'll talk to their cleaner. We'd stay again, but think the property could shine with a little more TLC.
