3 Bedroom holiday house in South Bay, built in 1990s. Sleeps up to 8. Two queen bedrooms and 1 bunk room with 4 bunks. Heating is by log burner so please note you will need to use this between April and October approximately. There are a couple of heaters but they won't heat the whole house - you will need to light the fire. Firewood provided. Open plan lounge and kitchen. 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Fridge freezer, oven and microwave. Very functional kitchen built in the 1990s. Gas BBQ on small outside deck by the house. Its a lovely quiet location against the hills and only a short walk to the ocean. Behind the house is a raised and covered deck with views to the sea. Off street parking. The house is in a cul de sac so very little traffic. The house area is fenced. There is no wifi - enjoy the peace and quiet! But there is reasonable celluar reception. There is a TV and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Linen is provided. There is no option to pay for cleaning however, so you need to clean before you leave.
