About this Holiday House

Sunny 2 bedroom log house situated on 1800 acre sheep & beef farm. Beautiful views of mountains, set in foothills with native bush & Beech forest & farm walks. Self contained, all linen supplied. It is only 45 minutes drive to Kaikoura, 1 hour 20 minutes to Hanmer Springs, 1 hour 30 minutes from Christchurch and only 10 minutes off the Main Road. Private garden, with swimming pool at main homestead, enquire on arrival.

Special Amenities

Wonderful views of mountains and set in native bush. Native birds lovely farm walks and farm animals. Sky TV. Ideal for mountain biking and horse trekking. There is beds for 6 people but we can supply up to 4 mattresses for extra people.

bush walks, river fishing/swimming, 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Hamner Springs, 45 minutes from Kaikoura, 25 minutes to Cheviot. Conway Beach is only a 20 minutes drive.

A fully-furnished property in a beautifully tranquil rural setting. Spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable, with views in every direction. The hosts Tim and Rachel are very friendly, and we appreciated their help with anything we needed - which included feeding the pigs and wandering their muddy hills! Highly recommended. We'll be visiting again.
