Barlow's Bach is located in the centre of South Bay The house is super functional with a modern feel, the kitchen is large with plenty of room to cook and entertain, it has bi-folding windows and doors that open out onto the deck. The house is set up to accommodate 2 families, the downstairs area has its own full bathroom with both a shower and bath with a separate toilet and laundry. It has two large rooms 1 x queen room and 2 x king single's. The upstairs is perfect for a separate family with the master king room that opens out onto an elevated deck with fantastic sea views, it is real full sun trap, upstairs also has a small but cozy room with a set of bunks, separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. The House is very warm with a wood burner that quickly heats up the house and also has electric heater. Very comfy living area with freeview TV, DVD's. There is a large outdoor area with a lower deck which wraps around the house on here we have a BBQ and outdoor furniture for your to kick back and relax on. There is plenty of off road parking with room to park your boat with a wash down area and a filleting table. Should you wish to take a dog we do ask that you do not leave it on the premises unattuned and keep it outside as much as possible. There is an additional charge of $20 per night for dogs. I do have a cleaner on call, should you require this service it will be an additional $70 Also should you require linen and towels this will be $15 per bed, please note this is our linen and has not been commercially cleaned We do ask for a $250 deposit to hold the booking for you, the remaining balance will be due the week of your stay Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any questions
