Built in 2020 with tasteful interior and high spec insulation so you'll stay toasty and warm even on the coldest winter nights. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan and spacious with both a cosy log burner as well as a heat pump if you need a quick blast of warmth. These rooms all bask in the afternoon sun but you'll find a range of books and games as well as a keyboard and guitar to keep you entertained once the sun goes down. There are two bedrooms and off the lounge is another room that can be a third bedroom if required, as it has a sofa bed. We mainly use this as a yoga and music room. The bathroom has a shower and toilet plus there is another loo in the laundry. Positioned to maximise the afternoon sun, you can sit on the deck with a wine in hand, watching the sky change colour as the sun sets in the distance. There is even an outdoor fire with pizza oven, which is a perfect place to relax after a day in the outdoors. Sorry, we don't have a TV or wifi but there is good cell phone reception and a bluetooth speaker - plus plenty of birdsong to listen to!
