Automatic washing machine, TV, CD/Tape midi-system. Easy stroll to lake, Lake side walk accessed from the end of the road to either Kerr Bay or West Bay. Walk to Alpine Lodge. Short walks (1-2 hours) within walking distance of house. Rainbow Ski-field 35 mins drive, 1 hour 15 mins to Nelson, 1 hour approx. to Blenheim. Tramping, fishing, mountain biking in the Tee Total Valley 10 mins away and water sports (eg kayaking). A warm comfortable open plan home. Laid back luxury or action packed - the choice is yours.
