About this Holiday House

Welcome to our family bach located in the small alpine village of St Arnaud on the edge of Lake Rotoiti, awaiting your stay. A comfortable, warm, new north facing base to be for a few days with log burner, heat pump, double glazing, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, 2 toilets, plenty of off street parking. Gorgeous views of St Arnaud Range and Parachute Rock from kitchen. An easy 5 minute walk to the village centre, 10 minute walk to the lake and lakeside tracks. Just out of the village is Teetotal park with numerous options for walks and mountain biking. In the village there is a petrol station / store for essentials, a restaurant at the Alpine Lodge. As it is in the alpine environment it is essential to be prepared for all weather. The property is not fully fenced as it has native bush at the rear. There is a small creek on the adjoining property, small children need to be supervised. Range View is a self clean rental, Linen not provided (It must be left in the same condition as you arrived, all cleaning products are available and supplied on site)
