Situated on a hilltop with magnificent all-round views of North Canterbury farmland, Gore Bay and the distant Kaikoura ranges, this neat fully-contained house resides on a small scale organic vegetable farm. This characterful and supremely comfortable abode was built in 2021, is double glazed throughout and has a plush 3-seater lounge for taking in the views. The north facing windows soak up the winter sunshine and the large east windows display the sunrise from Port Robinson. The Little House uses only filtered rainwater. Other features include a well-equipped cook's kitchen, wood burner and stylish bathroom with a top-of-the-range Swedish composting toilet. Little Owl BD Farm is a small business supplying the local community with home delivered veggie boxes, relishes, cordials and magnificent summer strawberries. Farm gate sales are open on the weekends when produce is abundant. In addition to our friendly Gotland ewes and lambs, we have ducks, chickens and a dog ... so please leave your pets at home. The Little House is smoke-free and screen-free but feel free to BYO a device. Wifi is available.
