A 1 minute walk across the road and down a 50 meter walkway gets you to this fantastic surf/swimming beach. Very much a work in progress but has been recently repainted inside (80%), with new bathroom fittings, new shower, new toilet, oven, logburner and electric's. We constantly do work here so may see changes and work gear around. Trying to replace windows one by one etc. Large sunny sheltered yard, with lovely cottage garden plantings. Pears, Plums, Walnuts when in season. Easy walks to tennis courts or take the kids rock hopping at low tide. Cheviot is an 8km drive away with full amenities available. Wifi available and Gore Bay now has cell coverage. The cleanliness of this bach will depend on previous tenants, so cannot guarantee it being 100% spotless. TV, . Loads of books, games, tennis rackets, boogie boards, pentaque etc. Perfect for a few days away with family. Linen and towels not provided. Also note not fully fenced for animals.
