About this Holiday House

Homely, sunny and warm home two blocks back from the beach on the flat in St Clair. Easy to explore everywhere in Dunedin being ten minutes drive into central city, and good spot to reach surrounding beaches like Tunnel Beach and out to the Peninsula. Bars, cafes and beach at St Clair are just five minutes walk away. House itself has three bedrooms, one King, one Queen and one Twin with two Singles. Lounge, dining area and with heat pump and wood burner (wood supplied). Extra sun room leading to the outdoor deck. Fabulous outdoor area with an outdoor fireplace and sauna. Free WIFI and off-street parking.

Nicolas house was perfect for our family, comfortable warm and a very convenient location minutes to beach and great coffee and food on esplanade. Such a lovely house decorated beautifully. Pingpong table was a hit with the kids! Would love to stay again!

This holiday house was immaculate with beautiful attention to detail. We stayed the week before Christmas and there were gorgeous decorations, a beautiful tree and even Christmas bears to welcome us. The house itself had plenty of magazines left out for us, a huge bath and a fully equipped new kitchen with everything a foodie would need to cook. We were only 2 blocks from the beach and cafes at St Clair and there was a lovely backyard to relax in, with outside furniture, a fire and bbq. The host was excellent with communication and we will definitely be back for another stay.

Thank you for a great stay in your lovely home. It was perfect for our family to stay in Dunedin. So great to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was warm (we didn't need the fire in the middle of winter) and had everything we needed. Thanks again.
