These are among the best views in Dunedin - with views from almost every room. Bedroom layouts are as follows… bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 - 1 single bed, bedroom 3 - 1 double bed, bedroom 4 (downstairs) - 1 queen bed & 1 single bed. The 2 foldup beds are both singles and are portable to put up anywhere in the house. There is a main bathroom upstairs and also a 2nd bathroom downstairs - both have toilets. Our kitchen and bathroom/toilet (with underfloor heating) are modern. The house is warm however there's a heat pump and panel heaters for colder days. We have osp for 2 cars. Enjoy the wood pigeons, bellbirds and tuis. We welcome discerning people who will respect our house whilst staying - and also have a great time!

The beach is just down the hill. St. Clair restaurants, cafes, kids park, surf club, saltwater pool, esplanade and beaches are just a few minutes drive away. The bus to town runs past the house as well. St Clair Golf course is a 30 second drive away.
