A 2 bedroom house with a private sunny courtyard, a kitchen, a living area, a bathroom with wide shower, a laundry area, and a separate toilet. The living and the main bedroom have views on the park, the harbour and on the Otago peninsula. The garden has herbs. Interaction with Guests We live in the house next door so we can offer advice and help promptly during the stay. The Neighbourhood Mornington is a nice neighbourhood 5 minutes drive up the hill from the Dunedin CBD with a local supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Chinese, Thai and fish-and-chips take-away shops and a nice café close by (walking distance). The views on The Dunedin Harbour and Otago Peninsula from the house and Mornington park are gorgeous. Getting Around 60 metres from bus stop (Bus routes (61, 63, 64, 65) to get you into town. Car parks are available on Porteous street, Meadow street or along the park.
