Beautiful old house, but very dirty and cluttered, booked and played for two nights but only stayed one.

The hosts are really lovely people who were very helpful and friendly but also left us to do our own thing. We had an interesting chat with them about all sorts of things, and leant a lot about NZ from them. The room is huge, clean and comfortable, bathroom too. Position is really close to town centre (15 mins walk, uphill on the way home!), there's plenty of parking and it's convenient for other local attractions. Great stay, thank you so much!

Comfy bed and lovely hosts. It's location is very central to everything in dunedin city which was great.
