Four bedrooms, master with ensuite, open plan kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, separate toilet, living and dining with all day sun and splendid unobstructed harbour and city views. Sunny conservatory (note piano will be locked). Drive on and off-street parking. 30 minute harbour side walk to city. Nearby good cafe, dairy and takeaway.

Unobstructed views of the city from Forsyth Barr Stadium to South Dunedin. Watch the windsurfers, kite surfers and sailing from your lounge in the sun. There is a track nearby that takes you straight down to the harbour/Portobello Road. Lovely cafe just along on Lanarch Road, plus a dairy and takeaway. 30 minute walk to city, or a 5 minute drive. Drive on with off street parking. Sky TV (freeview channels only). There is Bluetooth and Chromecast to the TV and sound system.

St Kilda and St Clair beaches are a 5-10 minute drive away. Great surfing/body surfing beaches. Äll of Dunedin's attractions are a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk away.

Loved the views from this house. Handy to the centre city and the beach. Lots of room to spread out. We’ll be back.

A lovely house that has the feel of home. Everything you could want is available as it is exceptionally equipped. The view, overlooking the Dunedin inner harbour is stunning particularly at night. Only a few minutes drive from central Dunedin, shops, museums and art gallery.. A gem !!
