Evans Bay is a beautiful location on Wellington's coast. Hataitai Beach is a few moments walk away and is a popular swimming and kayaking spot due to its sand and gradual slope. There is a fantastic cafe in the development serving lunches and coffees and several more along the coast in either direction of the house. Hataitai village is also just over the hill for small shops, takeaways etc. Weta Cave and Te Papa Museum are both within 4km for essential sightseeing. As it is only a 5min drive from the airport, Evans Bay is also perfect for people on shorter stays who want to utilise their limited time in Wellington. This architecturally designed penthouse will appeal to all discerning holidaymakers wanting a luxurious holiday or short-break in a beautiful and desirable location with a huge entertainers deck and sea views from every room. It can accommodate up to 8 people (provided the sofa bed is used) can be much cheaper than a stay at a standard hotel in Wellington, with all the added luxury. Nice apartment - nice location One problem : it is on the third floor and there is NO elevator(lift) Fine if you are young and travelling light - not so fine if you are older and have luggage to carry up This was not mentioned by other guests, which I find disapointing. Be honest or don’t write reviews.
It's a perfect house to stay, very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed every day, the place and views are wonderful!
Lovely location with stunning views. Giles was very helpful and accommodating. Especially enjoyed the great bath! Easy walk to a couple good restaurants and a super big deck for when the weather cooperates.

Checkout is up to 11am on day of departure (or later depending on booking commitments). An additional damage Paypal bond of $400 may be required for 'weekend only' and groups of '4 or more' stays and will be refunded within 5 working days of your departure if there are no damages. The Penthouse on Evans Bay is inspected before and after each stay and any missing items or excessive cleaning will be charged.
