Nice, warm, close, comfortable and very accommodating owner

This is a genuine gem. We were going to book a city hotel but this was our own private boutique experience. Gorgeously appointed for beauty and comfort. the focus on detail made a cosy nest with everything we needed. Great location with views from every window. City at your disposal just through the tunnel and the beauty of the marina and the south coast only minutes away. This is a genuine rave review. We needed a spot at the very last minute and the host not only made the booking available immediately but by the time we reached the house had made special welcoming touches.

A perfectly nice place to stay. The stairway up to the studio was fabulous, and the studio had everything I needed, it was neat and clean. The location was brilliant, 3 minute walk to the bus stop, and a sort walk to the shops, and to Evans bay marina, it was a safe area. Good views from all the windows, restful views, the hills were lush with green, and even the view of the street was alive during the day. Highly recommend for comfort, cleanliness, and a quiet nights sleep.
