Welcome to our Award Winning property located on Torrens Terrace. This has been named 'Bach of the Year' - Silver medal on Bookabach. Handily located at the end of Cuba Street in Wellington City. Relax with new furniture, outdoor courtyard, Free Unlimited Wifi, 58 Inch TV with Netflix / Freeview TV. The space: A really well presented apartment with ample space for two couples or a couple with children. There are Queen beds in each bedroom and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a toilet only. Includes Wifi / Freeview TV / Netflix All bedding / towels provided. All kitchen facilities. Guest access: We have a keypad entry to the building so you are able to access the apartment at any time. Interaction with guests: We wont be available onsite, but if theres anything you require, please don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note: If you a driving please NOTE: This property does not come with any allocated parking. The easiest place to park would be roadside (coupon parking). Bathroom Configuration: The main bathroom is located upstairs, this bathroom consists of the shower, basin, toilet. There is a small half bathroom downstairs, which in only a toilet and small hand basin. Parking: It is pay parking along Torrens Terrace but not all the time. It only applies applies from Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Even during this period the first two hours are free and no coupon is required. If you want to park longer than two hours you do need to buy a coupon which are available from local shops including the mini mart on the corner of Webb St and Torrens Terrace.

Nice little apartment. Very close to Cuba Street which is our favourite part of town. I would recommend the owners get a large coffee plunger for the apartment. Two double beds = 4 people and only a single cup plunger 😭

Great location near the top of Cuba Street. No views but modern, spacious and quiet. Could do with a thorough clean, germaphobes would definitely struggle with the state we found it in. No hand towels or bath mat, limited glasses, some things could have been done better, Having said that we would be happy to stay there again.
This property is in an okay location, handy to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops etc in what is a pretty cool area. Split over 2 levels with the upstairs bedroom having a curtain to block it off from the lounge / kitchen you just need to be mindful of noise if you are sharing. Also the shower is upstairs next to that bedroom which is a strange configuration... But still okay. What let this place down is the cleanliness and general maintence. The balcony is a disgrace, never been cleaned, was covered in grime and ciggy butts on the ground and in the plants and also overflowing from an ashtray which was on the ground... Yuk. No view out there anyway so probably only gets used for smoking but was pretty gross. Didn't appear to be any wine glasses and limited crockery when we checked in. Then found it all in the dishwasher later that night, couldn't tell if it had been washed properly so we sent it through another cycle. The washing machine in the laundry had old dirty towels in it..... The drawers in the bottom bedroom had left over underwear from last guest... Hair in bathroom... Sheets didn't look like professionally washed (no starch / iron etc) so hopefully they were clean. Dining table legs were all bent and almost falling off, we straightened them but they need tightening. Apartment has potential. Instructions for access were good. Location fine. But cleaners need the boot. I wouldn't stay again.
