We offer real privacy, a leafy setting and memorable views over Seatoun. The house is elevated and has steps. We specialize in both short term stays, for guests looking for a brief but enjoyable visit to sunny Wellington and extended stays for work and business. Separate study/office with great view. Beds are made up and no cleaning. The apartment is conveniently located. We are 15-20 minutes by car/taxi from the CBD, with the local bus stop not far from our door. Wellington domestic/international airport is an easy 5-7 minutes ride by car or taxi. If you want to relax, Seatoun beach and bush walks are minutes away by foot as are local eateries and shops. This apartment has no disability access and not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Gatherings are not accommodated. Checkin from 3pm and checkout by 10am.
