Rotoiti Rustic Retreat - a quirky eclectic mix of memorabilia within the Studio which is set in native plantings, with French Doors opening onto decking - the peace and tranquillity only disturbed by the native bird song and the nearby wetland. Enjoy all that the Lake Rotoiti district has to offer from bush walks, mountain bike tracks, boating, trout fishing, tramping in the summer, skiing and snow boarding on nearby ski field in the winter. Enjoy easy walking distance to the lake foreshore, general store/petrol forecourt, the Boat Museum and Alpine Lodge restaurant/bar. Approximately an hour drive either to Blenheim or to Nelson. The studio is open plan living with a single bed out in the living area and a queen bed behind privacy room divider. There is a very small but functional ensuite bathroom. Overall, the Studio is a very functional and comfortable retreat with quirky features. The kitchenette provides two gas burner hob, microwave and full fridge freezer. There is also a washing machine for those longer stays with inside drop down/wind up drying rack. Additionally - there’s a log fire and heat pump for those chilly evenings.
