This offers the flexibility of 2 living spaces, quality furnishings for your comfort with a backdrop of bush and fantastic bird life away from the busyness of town center noise but close enough to walk down the hill or quick drive to beaches and town center. *The first level has bedroom 1 all amenities with cozy living and dinning, comfy 3 seater + 2 seater new lounge suite leading onto a covered deck and seating (cafe area), leading to large open deck area both deck areas contain table and chairs offering flexibility for weather, with a smaller dinning table and chairs inside. *Upstairs is a large open room with another dinning table and chairs, lounge suite, 1x king and 1xsingle beds , games etc. At the end of the driveway by the vegetable garden is the housebus I will be using it as my base and to tend to the vegetable garden at times during your stay, this is quite seperate from your space. I will at times have extra organic produce available to offer from this garden which I am happy to share if you request it. I wish you to relax and enjoy the space and all it has to offer.
