This spacious five-bedroom home is located on 'The Island' in the upmarket Whitianga Waterways. Modern and stylish, it is ideal for two family groups holidaying together. Whitianga sits on the Coromandel Peninsula — a place known for its warm harbours, stunning beaches, and easy coastal pace. Island Sanctuary is set in a quiet, residential street, giving your group a calm retreat to come back to after days spent on the water or exploring the region. Five bedrooms sleep up to ten guests comfortably — three queen rooms, a twin room, and a bunk room — two bathrooms (including an ensuite) and two living areas. The kitchen is well set up for group cooking, with double dish drawers, a gas hob, electric oven, and a full range of handy extras. One of the two living areas features a fire-place, and portable fans are provided for each of the bedrooms to keep you cool in the summer. Parking is a genuine strength here — a double garage plus space for two to four cars at the top of the driveway, with roadside overflow when needed. Boaties will appreciate the ample room for a trailer and boat, and access to a key for the local boat ramp — a handy perk for those wanting to make the most of the harbour. Whitianga township and the beach are a short drive away, making this an ideal base for a Coromandel getaway packed with days on the water or at the beach, and easy evening returns to a home that comfortably holds everyone.
