The owners have converted the garage to allow two rooms & an additional bathroom. This could be the ideal hang-out space for the teens. Inside the main bach you will find three bedrooms, a cozy kitchen, bathroom & living area. Pets allowed by prior arrangement only*. Pet-bond & pet-fee apply. Property is fully-fenced, but fencing is not high at front of property. There is also an outdoor bath. Maximum 12 guests. Room Configuration Bedroom 1: 1 x Super-King and 1x Set of bunks (suitable for children only) Bedroom 2: 1 x Super-King Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Converted Garage 1 x Queen & 1x Single bed with 1x Single trundler bed. House Rules and Information Parking: 2 x off street parking in the driveway. Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $45 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups.
