The apartment on the lower level is accessed via external and internal stairs and has its own lounge and kitchenette with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Each bedroom opens out onto the patio and garden with an additional BBQ. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 5 is fitted with 2 king single beds. The 2 king single beds can be joined to make a California king bed. On the lower level, there is a private garden for the children to play in.
