The kitchen has all the mod cons with gas cooking and dishwasher, the large sunny open plan living and dining area is comfortable and light with a swing chair in the sunniest corner of the lounge a good place for reading or snoozing, its your holiday it's up to you! there is also a smart TV and has a heat pump, the area opens onto a generous deck where you can enjoy a coffee and chill and watch the kids play on the lawn, small dogs are allowed by request only and for a small fee, please respect the home and clean up after your furry mate. A BBQ is available for use and outdoor seating on the lawn. There is parking for a small boat and a car. You will also find a filleting bench so after a day on the water you can clean your catch and enjoy a cold drink. The garage has been set up as a games room with ping pong table and a dart board.
