The master bedroom has a queen bed and stunning views out to the water just throw open the shutters and enjoy the morning sun. Bedroom two has a double bed and a king single with a trundler, while bedroom number three also has a queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The living areas are bright, airy and welcoming and give off a relaxing beach vibe. The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, this opens onto a fabulous sunny wrap-around deck with an outdoor table and chairs perfect for al fresco dining. Back inside there is a dining area with seating for 6 which also leads out onto the deck, head out through the bi-fold doors take your morning coffee out there and enjoy the views of the garden and the creek. It is such a lovely place to sit at any time of the day, enjoy an afternoon drink and listen to the birds. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay and there is a BBQ available. After a day exploring the beach which is about 200m from the house why not enjoy a soak in the hot tub? There is plenty of space to park your boat so there is no excuse not to head out and enjoy everything Mercury Bay has to offer. You could always give paddle boarding a go, there is one at the house that guests are allowed to use, head over to the beach and cruise around the bay, or just head over for a refreshing swim. If the weather is not great there are board games to play or head into town you are a short 5-minute drive to the shops and eateries.
