Lovely immaculate home fully equiped for comfort and quality linen, just 6 houses (few minutes) to beach, south end of Omaha, Tennis courts for use, bikes, all amenities, tennis rackets, Nespresso machine, Bluetooth music, bike to Golf Club, a few cafes all 10 minutes max by bike. Most beautiful beach just an hour from CBD, great Market, organic produce, boutique picture theatre, shops, restaurants all 5 mins drive. Stunning beach.

Multiple vineyards close by, Stunning Beach famous for its architecture and landscaping. The popular Matakana Market, and shopping, restaurants and cinema, multiple massage Therapists including couples massage. So much to do and a very popular holiday spot, the famous Sculpterium - a multimillion dollar art experience, Oob organic ice creams, Jones Cider, Sawmill Brewery, Morris & James Pottery and workshop. Brick Bay Sculpture trail and Restaurant, popular Goat Island Marine reserve, plenty of organic produce including the organice Farmers Daughter cafe and Golf Club - Estuary Cafe, both very scenic.
