The house offers fantastic accommodation for up to guest. No more than 6 adults preferred. With less than 2mn walk to the beach, the house borders a playground and tennis court. The house offers a very spacious living area, great indoor/outdoor private living spaces, 3 bedrooms plus bunk/rumpus room. The large lounge opens up to a nice sun drenched area that opens to a fully fenced private back yard. Including outdoor dining, lounging, trampoline and BBQ. The open dining area offers loads of room for family meals and is right by the warm gas fire. The kitchen is very well equipped with large pantry (including basic pantry items), electric hob and over, double sink with filtered water, large stainless bench top, with bar stools, just the place for the friends to gather for a wine while dinner is cooking. This entire area is heated with the gas fire making the house warm and toastie for the winter stays. The bunk/rumpus room is combined with the TV area and a multitude of childrens books, DVDs and toys. The location by the tennis court and playground is a huge bonus to families with young children as it is an ideal space for them to get out during summer or winter. Away from the road to have a good time, play tennis, kick a ball or ride scooters or bikes. Added bonus of being able to see them through the kitchen window. We have easy access to the beach with the main pathway right next to the house. Omaha is just a 60min drive north of Auckland. The Pristine beach is surf patrolled in summer and offers good swimming and surfing. The all tide boat ramp is a busy spot and here you will find good facilities for small craft, including kayaks, windsurfers, sailing etc
