BRAND NEW LISTING! New large deck completed Xmas 2021. Lovely 3 large bedroom, two storied home in the middle of Omaha boasting expansive views from one end of Omaha beach to the other as well as being able to see the lovely sunsets over the golf course and harbour. A brand new deck has just been built which wraps around two sides. Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Large bathroom, separate gaming nook, fully fenced in backyard with direct access down the pathway to the beach. All bedrooms large and spacious. There is a separate double garage which houses a Table Tennis table available for use. Lots of beach toys available for use will be available for guests. Plenty of space for cars to park. A wonderful place to call your home for your beach getaway.

Great place! Beautiful views from the deck and the wall of windows in the living area. Loved the outdoor furniture on the deck too. Songs from the Tui in the surrounding trees amazing. This whole area is so quiet - apart from the lovely birdsong.
