Allan and Annie welcome you to their recently built separate sleep out on their property. The large room has a queen size bed with an ensuite. Their place is in a quiet street. There is a TV, fridge and tea/coffee facilities with continental breakfast included. We are 30 minutes from Dunedin City so it is nearby if you are wanting to go to events in town. We are 500m walking from a beautiful beach. There is also a great lagoon walkway nearby with a lot of birdlife in the Hawksbury lagoon.
