About this Holiday House

Original electric house which has been modernised in 2017- all new electric appliances and carpets Warm and toasty in winter with log burner with lots of wood and heat pump with transfer system- cool in summer. Bordering the reserve it is a great spot to explore Cromwell on foot This holiday home includes open plan kitchen living area which opens on the the deck area. There is plenty room to unwind indoors, or enjoy easy outdoor living on to the deck and in the garden - close to centre however peaceful and quiet Free wifi, smart TV and phone.

Special Amenities

Mountain views- just next to a reserve- 3 minute walk to shops but yet peaceful and quiet. Cromwell is nationally recognised for its greenway network being one of the earliest communities to adopt this concept in New Zealand. This was developed in the 1980s as part of the Clyde Dam power scheme and the redevelopment of the historic town of Cromwell. It links residences on the western side of the township to Anderson Park and the Cromwell Town Centre. It provides a safe route for children staying off the roads but also great for running and walking enthusiasts.

Whether its peace and quiet or lots of action you are after Cromwell can cater for you. Head into Cromwell Old Town, just a 25 minute walk away and explore Cromwells heritage. Great location for skifields, watersports, fishing, biking, vineyards, Warbirds over Wanaka, Highlands Motor Sport Park and the many other things Central Otago has to offer. Cromwell is action-packed with jet boating, gold panning, cycling, hiking and its very own motorsport park. Queenstown and Wanaka are just 45 minutes away.

Great place for a weekend away in Cromwell, had all we needed for our stay. Smart appliances were a hit too.

Awesome place to stay with kids. Roomy, with a very modern twist. Feels like being at home. Great indoor/outdoor flow. Would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed a summer break in this very tidy house which has good amenities. It was presented in very tidy condition thanks to dedicated friendly cleaners. A large covered deck allows for outdoor cooking and dining. The property has good off street parking and a large rear yard. The close proximity to a supermarket and the Cromwell Mall is an added bonus. The kind and thoughtful property owners helped make our stay an enjoyable one. Many thanks. Lindsay.
