Waterfront property across from the South Bay Marina, older bungalow style 3-bedroom kiwi bach with amazing sea and mountain views. Great boat access and parking. Good access to a number of walking tracks and less than five minutes' drive to the town ship. Please leave the property clean and tidy as you found it, with all dishes washed dried and put away for the next quests. Pet friendly - limited to one pet only please

A short drive to the town ship and the many bars, cafes and restaurants that Kaikoura has to offer. Pleasant easy walks around the bay in the evenings or to the marina to watch the boats coming and going. Enjoyable walks either around the peninsula or over the hill side tracks to the town ship.
Car and bike hire available from the township or just sit on the beach, book a fishing charter, scuba dive or snorkel among the rocks, test your skills on a horse trek or golf course. Go whale watching by air or sea, swim with either the seals or dolphins or delight in the many species of birds that have made Kaikoura their home.

Property is a bit beaten down and ready for a renovation. Curtains where thin, poor wind and noise insulation. Located next to the whale watching marina thus gets a lot of early heavy traffic. Clean beds and towels but general cleanliness of the house could be better.

A very nice place to stay. We saw Whales outside the sitting room window. And the kids enjoyed watching the tractors and boats at the ramp.

Awesome batch. Awesome hosts. You cant get a better spot in South bay.
We will definitely be spending a lot more time here.
