About this Holiday House

Newly renovated cottage situated at Gisborne Point, Lake Rotoiti, Rotorua. Come and enjoy a quiet and relaxed stay. Perfect Retreat for a weekend or longer stay, for a couple or family. Short walk to the lake where there are two great safe swimming spots. In winter, enjoy the warm cottage, with a log fire burning. The Cottage has one main room with a queen size bed with walk through to a downstairs large sleep out room contains one bunk bed along with a king single bed that has a pull out trundler single bed. The Cottage is able to sleep a maximum of 6. For 2 family groups, the Cottage is on a shared section with our other holiday home listed as Gisborne Point Retreat. Plenty of parking for a car and boat. The Gisborne Point boat ramp is only 200 mths down the road. Please bring your own linen and towels etc. Beds are supplied with duvet cover and pillows. Sorry, but no dogs or cats.

Great place. Well equiped and comfortable.If people are staying in the front house you have to juggle cars and boats for access but quite achievable.

Shane and Tracy’s cottage is an absolute delight. Cosy, very comfortable and warm. The renovation has made amenities modern and easy without destroying the bach feel. Well equipped kitchen and efficient wood stove. With a lovely big lawn, peep of the lake and close to the boat ramp this is an ideal spot for fishing, excursions on the lake and taking in the local soda hot pools. Incredibly good value and great location. Easy commute to Rotorua or Kawarau (where the heated council pools are completely free!) We will definitely be back. Thank you Shane for being so easy to communicate with.

This is a cool wee spot - the house is well equipped and cosy warm with the fire going. Bed comfy. Our 2nd stay. The stars were well appreciated by photography buff husband.
