The house sleeps 2 , it has a super king size bed and a fold out couch. Set in native bush on Great Barrier Island , with a sea view to the west. It is 15 mins walk from a beautiful swimming beach , Blind Bay. It has a natural fresh water pool 5 mins walk into the forest. It is 10 mins drive to Kaitoke surf beach , shops and air port and hot pools track. The house has 2 big private sunny decks , a claw foot bath with shower, oven and stove top elements and griller. The toilet is a new flush toilet. There is a flat screen t.v and D.V.D player , 40 Litre electric fridge with ice tray , stereo , and lights . The house power is 12 volt from solar power , there is a small inverter for charging cell phones and lap tops. There is good cell phone reception but no wifi . It is available for short term rent all year round . It has a kent fire place with wet back. The hot water is also solar and gas heated , so it never runs out. It is a newly built house warm and sunny with a big skylight , ideal for an artist or writer.
