Bookings that cover the New Year Period must have a start date of 26 or 27 December. Easter dates change each year, please inquire for upcoming years.
Cancellation Policy
20 Dec – 8 Feb Hi Season Cancellation Policy
Full payment is Due on 1 November
Cancellations prior too 1 October we charge a cancellation fee of $100.00
If you cancel your reservation between 1 October and 1 November you will lose your deposit of 20%
Should you cancel after 1 November you will lose 100% of your payment.
9 Feb – Dec 19 Cancellation Policy:
Full payment 28 days prior to arrival,
If cancellation is made 30 days prior to your stay we charge a cancellation fee of $100.00.
If cancellation is made after 30 days and prior to 7 days of your stay you will lose your deposit of 20%
If cancellation made 7 days prior to you will lose 100% of your booking cost.
Rates: A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
We are more than happy to refund any cancellations nights should we be able to pick up a booking. This may be the entire booking if this is covered or the value of nights that are rebooked. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will still be incurred.
Minimum 2 nights for Standard rates, Minimum 7 nights during Summer.
There is a one off cleaning fee of $125.00up to 4 guests $150 fir 5 or more guests
Linen is included but please bring beach towels.
