The bunk room (2nd bedroom) is accessed from this deck and not from the inside of the main house. It is nestled amongst native bush and is often visited by Kaka, Wood Pigeons and Tui. A100m walk down a bush track leads to 'beautiful bathing' beach. It is 5-10 minutes walk to Oban township with a well stocked convenience shop, hotel, cafe, visitors centre and the main wharf. This is a great spot to enjoy the best the island has to offer.
