The house itself has 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a Single over Double Bunk and the other two with Queen Beds. The bathroom is modern and clean as is the entertainer's kitchen.
The house is designed open plan so you can interact with friends and family while preparing a meal or relaxing in the lounge or dining room.
Out the back, you'll find a large deck with a BBQ and Spa Pool ready for you to enjoy. There is also a wheelchair friendly ramp from the back of the property to allow easy access in to the house.
You'll enjoy the homely feeling that you get from the minute you walk in the door.
This property is located within just minutes ride of the world famous mountain biking trails in the Redwoods Forest. You can actually see the tops of the trees from the back of the property, you're that close! Being so close to the forest makes this property the perfect base for your next fountaining biking trip to Rotorua.
There are a number of fantastic eateries, shops and entertainment within a 5 -10 minute walk. This includes Mistress of Cakes (a must try) bakery on Lynmore Ave as well as a convenient corner dairy.
Then there is the Redwood Centre on Te Ngae Rd which offers a large selection of various takeaway outlets, a butchery, fruit and vegetable store, hairdresser/beauty and pharmacy.
Also within walking distance is Motion Entertainment at Lynmore Junction. This is another great place for all ages to enjoy with covered entertainment including an Escape Room, Tenpin Bowling, Laser Tag, Mini Golf and more.
