Room Configuration - Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2: 2 x Single Beds (can be made up together as a King upon request) Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Bed (If you require a change to the standard bedding configuration, please advise us at least 5 days before your arrival). House Rules and Information - Parking: 2 x off street parking, including parking for a small boat. *Security Cameras: There is an external camera set up at the front entrance of the property for security purposes. Professionally laundered linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $35 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
