Outdoor area is set up well with great outdoor furniture so you can relax at the end of a lovely day at the beach for your evening BBQ meal and a cold drink! Solid outdoor furniture with sunshade makes this an enjoyable spot to relax and unwind. This is a great home for extended family or a couple of families as the living area with great outdoor flow offers a heap of space. Beach access from the house is via Goodwin Parade and Tuati Street and is only 450 meters or a 5-6minute walk.
